Our Team

Wiley Jones has been providing legal advice to clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, business law and taxation since 1969. After graduating from UCLA with a BA in Business Administration, he went on to earn his law degree from the UCLA School of Law and a Masters of Laws (in Taxation) from the New York University School of Law. The broad experience of Mr. Jones enables the firm to take a multi-disciplinary approach to issues involving wealth transfer, business law, and other legal matters.

Elise Kindelan has been providing legal advice to clients in the practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and business law since 1989. She is a graduate of UCLA, and earned her law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1989. . She has a deep commitment to helping the firm's clients achieve their personal and financial goals.
